How to take a nice screenshot of your house!
Hello, dear decorator!
This post is nothing more than a collection of tips for taking a GOOD photo of your home.
Important: if you still don’t know how to configure your hotkey to take screenshots and how to configure it for Game Window or Full Window, we have a post teaching you!

Now that you have your screenshot hotkey and found where your pictures are being saved at, let’s go to the tricks!
POSITION
The position where your character will be to take the photo will define a lot of things. If your house is large and you want it to appear in its entirety, find the best location where you can capture the largest area. If your house has several rooms or floors, the rule is the same, stay in a position that provides a suitable angle.
In the photos below we tried to take a photo of Ferumbras holding his staff, then we tried to find the best SQM where it was possible to capture most of it.

Now that you have found a nice place to stand and take the picture, it is good to camouflage yourself so that the decoration is the only thing that calls the attention in the picture. We have two options here:
Using Chamaleon Rune: This is the easiest way. If your decoration is using items, you can simply become one of them by using the Chameleon Rune on the item that is placed in your SQM and, after that press CRTL+N to hide your nickname and your health bar.
Getting Invisible: This method is a little bit more complicated but is the ideal when you don’t have any item to transform yourself into!
Equip an invisible ring (Stealth Ring) or use Utana vid if you can. After that, hide your nickname and status bar by using CTRL+N. This way, your character/outfit won’t affect the decoration and the screenshot.
Now this is why it is a little bit complicated, you have to wait until the glittery disappear for a few seconds and then take the screenshot.
You might have to take a few screenshots to get the perfect one because the animation of the stealth effect is quite fast.
INTEFERENCES
HIGHTIGH MOUSE TARGET
It’s common to see a print screen where there is a blue outline in an sqm, this happens when the “Highlight mouse target” option is selected in the settings and the mouse is in the middle of your screen!
To avoid this, you can make sure to move your mouse or disable the option!

Another very common interference that affects the quality of decoration screenshots is the life and mana arc! You can also quickly pull out for an even better photo.

MESSAGES
Imagina você estar esperando para tirar a foto perfeita do seu sonhado level 1000, quando tem uma invasão de orc ou um amigo contando um, segredo no chat, e… POFF! Você não consegue bater a foto perfeita, e sem interferências! 🙁
Evite essa frustração e desative TODAS as mensagens quando for tirar sua foto, assim nada e ninguém irá te atrapalhar.

Light Effects
Don’t forget the lighting effects! They make a huge difference to the decor and definitely highlight certain areas of it, making your photo even more beautiful!
