Roshamuul is one of the most dangerous cities in Tibia. Unnerving and ever-changing, this area is home to nightmares that come true. Below you will find a short fragment of the description of this place, which is available in full version here.
The city of nightmares it used to be is no more and the seals of its infernal prisons are breaking apart. Nightmarish creatures now roam the isle, ready to shred even the most powerful adventurers into pieces, reality is weak while nightmares are strong and landscape-changing. Add some escaped, rampaging demons to this lethal mix of dangers and you get the living nightmare that Roshamuul is today. Only the most daring and most desperate travel to this island of dread. A small remnant of the inquisition forces hold the fort with the help of some enlisted soldiers of fortune. Their base is the only thing that a traveller might find resembling a haven of civilization. But it is desperately besieged from all sides and under constant attacks.
Decorators are attracted here by the possibility of collecting unique items that can be used in many decorations. In this post, I’ll show you how to get these items easily. You can receive most of the items every 20 hours. Please note that this post is not a quest spoiler. It only explains how to get decoration items multiple times. You can find English spoilerhere, Polish spoilerhere, Portuguese spoilerhere.
These items can be obtained without starting the mission. You have to just collect chalk and gravel.
You must successfully mine 10 gravel rocks in order to get a Bucket Filled With Gravel (use pick on gravel rocks which can be found on the south-eastern shore). Note that until you successfully mine all 10, you will have a regular Bucket.
Chalk can be found on the ground in the ramps in the south-eastern area. After gathering from 10 chalk spots (use empty bucket on the ground with chalk), you will obtain a Bucket Filled With Chalk. Note that spots which have been used recently will not count. It takes 2 minutes for chalk to respawn. NOTE: It is safer to collect chalk in Edron – here.
First you need to go to NPC Morax, which you can find on the second floor of a ruined building in Roshamuul, east-northeast of the depot, slightly north of the central mountain. You have to ask him about “tea” and a “bowl”.
Throughout Upper Roshamuul you will find many Pottery Pieces. Some of them are quest objects. Use them to obtain Bowl of Tea Leaves or Tea Cup. Below are pictures with maps and a video showing the way from the NPC to the place where you can get the required items. You can obtain each item once every 20 hours.
In the video below you can see how I get these items and the way to the mentioned places.
Morax: Chrzzz…. tea… hm? Oh – hello… Norelli [708]: ancient Morax: In the mines… sleep the crude dreams of the ancients … Morax: We need the dreams to rebuild the city… will you bring me the ancient dreams…? Norelli [708]: yes Morax: Take a dream nebuliser from the box at the mine entrance… Use it to detach the ancient dreams from the rock. … Morax: Veil yourself with fog from the lanterns first … Only when veiled are you a little protected against the dreams’ evil and can detach them. … Morax: Be careful. They crumble easily and are guarded by terror sleeps. Farewell. You have to go to the Roshamuul Mines which are infested with Terrorsleeps and Feversleeps.
After you go down to the lower floor (Floor: -1), you will find a chest at the entrance, from which you can take the Dream Nebuliser. Throughout the entire mine you will see Fog Lanterns on the wall – use them to become invisible (the effect will last 10 seconds) and be able to extract Ancient Dreams from the Traces of AncientDreams with the Dream Nebuliser.
Get Soothe task from the NPC Dream Butterfly, which you can find in Upper Roshamuul, east of the central mountain. You will receive a Delicate Pan. If you haven’t completed the task before, but want to get a Delicate Pan again – ask the NPC about the “pan“.
Norelli [708]: hi Dream Butterfly: Hello, stranger, stranger, stranger… Norelli [708]: pan Dream Butterfly: It melted, wilted, was lost, lost, lost? Let’s whirl and purl and weave another dream sand sieve… Here it is. You may leave!
Go to the far north-eastern part of Upper Roshamuul. On the mountain you will see the Dream Sand River. Use item from NPC on the water to gather Dream Sand. If you lose Delicate Pan before collecting Dream Sand, wait a bit and talk to the NPC again.
Note: There is a chance to get Broken Dream from the Dream Sand River.
In the video below you can see how I get these items and the way to the mentioned place.
Morax: Chrzzz…. tea… hm? Oh – hello… Norelli [708]: waters Morax: The waters of the city polluted, cut off… you must pull the levers… transform the guardians… Norelli [708]: pendulum Morax: You lost …the pendulum? Ah… not good. Let me make one for you… Rosh atkat… travii. Here. Go.
Decoration items from monsters and bosses
Roshamuul is certainly one of the most dangerous places in Tibia. On the surface, it is inevitable to meet at least one of the monsters such as: Choking Fear, Frazzlemaw, Guzzlemaw, Retching Horror, Sight of Surrender and Silencer. Mawhawk can spawn there from time to time (the entrance appears as a world change after completing “desecrating shrines task” around 500 times). Underground there are mines in which we encounter: Feversleeps and Terrorsleeps. There is also a prison where you can fight with bosses (Horadron, Gaz’Haragoth, Zavarash, Omrafir, Prince Drazzak, Terofar). From each monster you can get a creature product that will perfect fit in many decorations. You can find a list of useful items below.
Our partner TibiaGoals has published an article about the achievements we can get on Roshamuul. If you haven’t seen it yet, you definitely should visit their site (click on image).

A Filled Cup is not an object that we will use as the main decoration, but due to its unique effect, it is perfect for highlighting the items we want to show. It is great for trophies or various figurines, and even rings from your loved ones! It is definitely a “must have” for collectors.
