Coffee Time – Mission 1 / Portal Tibia & Tibia Home

3. Decorate any Tibia environment and show us how a Tibian coffee shop would look like. The decoration can be done in your house, a GH, or a public area, as long as it is not an already existing tavern.

4. The decoration must include elements that represent a coffee shop, including tables, chairs, counters, and, of course, items that represent coffee.

5. It is allowed to use Store items.

6. The participant must submit a total of 3 photos:
– One (1) photo of the construction process,
– One (1) photo of the completed decoration, in which your character must appear saying, “This is where Epaminondas has his coffee!”,
– And one final photo without any text or character names! To hide the names, press ctrl+n!

7. Photos can be taken with or without light effects; choose what best highlights your decoration.

8. The photo must be in Game Window format. See the example!

9. We will not accept images with any kind of editing (borders, cropping, brightness, etc.);

10. We will not accept submissions with offensive words and/or images;

11. We will not accept plagiarized photos or those made by third parties;

12. We will not accept photos taken by cell phones or similar devices;

13. We will not accept images made in Open Tibia Servers (OT);

14. Staff members of both fansites are not allowed to participate.

15. You must include your character’s name and the server you play on in your submission. The participating character must be the same as the one in the photos.

16. We will accept one submission per player. If multiple entries are sent, only the most recent will be considered.

17. We will not allow prizes to be sent to a character who did not submit the entry!

18. The Portal Tibia and Tibia Home teams will choose the finalists, and the three winners will be selected by CipSoft.

19. You can submit your entry through the Tibia Home Discord, in the #coffee-time channel.

20. The Tibia Home or Portal Tibia team will react to your submission to indicate whether it was accepted (❤️) or not (💔).

21. Any questions about the contest should be sent to the #questions channel.

22. Any suspicion of cheating or attempting to exploit possible loopholes will result in disqualification from the event. The Tibia Home and Portal Tibia teams reserve the right to evaluate each case.

23. By participating in the contest, you automatically allow the organizing fansites to use your decoration as they see fit.
