Bewitched
Hello,
In this post I will talk a little about the Bewitched event that happens now in the month of June, the event starts on 6/21 and ends on the server save on 6/25.
“The goal of this World Quest is to gather ingredients and help good witches make a great concoction to stop evil forces from terrorizing the land.”
Every 8 hours the message saying “The swamp witches need new reagents for their brew!” will appear throughout the server warning that more ingredients for the concoction are needed.
This event consists of “throwing” items into the cauldron, randomly the item that needs to be used in the cauldron will appear on the local (photo below), the points vary according to each item and to be able to exchange the points for one of the raven options you need to accumulate 1000 points.
Note: Each character can only take 1 raven per year. If you don’t use all the points, they will be accumulated.
The time to put the items in the cauldron is very disputed by players, some may even be pushing to disrupt, the first time is right after the server save and the next are every 8hrs, then many players choose to dislog in the site the day before starting the event. In pvp servers usually who organizes who will participate in the event is the dominant guild. Remember that the place where the cauldron is, is not protection zone!
For each round, 200 units of the requested ingredient will be required!
A tip: on non pvp servers everyone can stay stacked and make summons, so it occupies the empty sqm making it harder for those who want to push.
Below I will show all the items that may appear as the item to be add into the cauldron and how many points the player gets for each item added.
The dry piece of wood can be used not only for events, but also for decorations, to make a path to a “lake” created in a garden, or in a more rustic decoration. Below I will show the difference between a dry piece of wood and a common wood.
A Dry piece of wood can be dropped from Bane Bringer or Bane Lord (boos), both of which appear in large quantities when a new ingredient is requested to be added into the cauldron, to find them just go down the stairs! In addition, there are also respawns that occurs at random times in Green Claw Swamp and only during the event.
Unfortunately using a dry piece of wood will only give you 1 point, but it can also be accumulated to earn achievements! (we will talk more about this soon)

Now that we know what items we need to have in order to participate in the event, how to get to the cauldron and how many points we need to get a beautiful raven for collection and decoration, I will show you a little more about them.
* Each character can only get one raven per year.

Achievements
Using at least one item, you will earn the achievement “Witches Lil’ Helper“.
If it is your first World Quest, you will earn the achievement “I Did My Part“.
Using 50 items in the cauldron, you will earn the achievement “Banebringers’ Bane“.
Using 500 items in the cauldron, you will earn the achievement “Honorary Witch“.
Combat and the bonfire
At the same time that the ingredients are requested, the creatures Bane Bringers and Bane Lords will appear in large numbers below the stairs to the south (Respawns at random times will also happen). These creatures when killed drop an item called Dry Piece of Wood that you can use in the cauldron fire.
The wood has no effect on the success of the event and is not required to use, but using 1 Dry Piece of Wood will earn you 1 favor point.
Using 1 Dry Piece of Wood, you will win the achievement “Fire Lighter“.
Using 100 Dry Pieces of Wood, you will win the achievement “Fire Devil“.
Using 500 Dry Pieces of Wood, you will win the achievement “Pyromaniac“.
Decoration
So far there are three color options for players to collect: Black raven, Grey Raven, and White Raven. They have a flying animation, but this animation is not permanent and only happens when “use” is given.
Raven’s permanent animation is a slight swing to the side.
Besides being beautiful, you can combine them with some of the flower pot options, bamboo leaves, Store trees or among many other items, there are many options of combinations that can be used, stacked together with the Raven and that will give a charm and form a beautiful background for them. I really like to put them on a trophy stand then it stays at a height that I like more and I can still interchange with other items to get an effect that I like!
As we will see in the images below that I will leave as inspiration for different combinations that can be made using Raven and different items.
